The Bulldogs will battle two teams just ahead of them in the conference standings this weekend on the road when they travel to McKendree on Friday evening and Missouri-St. Louis on Sunday afternoon.

The team has eight points, two behind UMSL and four behind McKendree in the GLVC ledger. UMSL and Missouri S&T currently hold the final spots for the conference tournament as the teams are heading to the finish line with six matches left.

Truman played Rockhurst to a scoreless draw on Friday at home and then fell to William Jewell 2-1 on Sunday. Emma Thompson leads the team in scoring with two goals and three assists for seven points. Tatumn Damron has played all 12 matches this season with five shutouts and a 1.00 goals-against average.

The last five meetings with McKendree have been 1-0 results with the Bearcats having won the last three. Going back to 2016, the 1-0 score has been posted in nine of the 11 matches with the other two finishing 0-0.

The Bulldogs are 12-0-2 and have allowed only four goals to the Tritons since 1997. Last year in Kirksville, UMSL scored four minutes after Truman had taken a 1-0 advantage and the teams played to a draw.
