Emily Wood brought in Callie Unrein on a sac fly and Alex Beard doubled in Cassie Smith to make it 8-7 in the sixth. The Bulldogs tried to get the tying run in but Beard was called out at the plate.
Truman got the first two outs in the seventh but a double followed by some walks eventually led to a four-run inning to put the game out of reach.
Five Bulldogs collected two hits each with Smith, Beard, Patterson, Stade and Eberwine helping the Bulldogs to 12 in the game.
