2010 – Qualified for the NCAA Div. II Championships after putting up a fourth-place finish at the NCAA South Central regional with a time of 22:25.48 on the 6K course … finished 78^th at nationals with a 23:07 time, marking the fifth straight year a Bulldog raced at nationals … was the MIAA champion just weeks prior, turning in a 6K time of 21:18.1 … had five top-5 finishes during the year, including wins at the MIAA Championship and Gary Stoner Classic (5K; 18:03) … led the Bulldogs in five of seven races, finishing second on the team the other two times … a recipient of the MIAA’s Scholar-Athlete award and was listed on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2009 – Ran in all six meets during the season and earned all-MIAA honors with a 10^th place showing at the conference championships 22:33.96 (6K)…placed ninth at the NCAA Division II regional race with a time of 22:07.70…was in the Bulldogs top four in all six races run…earned the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and MIAA Scholar-Athlete awards.

High School – Placed second at the state track and field championships in the 3200 meter run and third in the 1600 meter run…was a four year letterwinner at Macon High School under Coach Dean Lewis, a former Truman Men’s Basketball player…holds the Macon track record with a time of 11:38 in the 3200 meter run.

Personal – Born Nov. 11, 1990…daughter of Jerry and Jeannie Grauel…sister Cindy is also on the Truman Track & Field team…a pre-Physical Therapy major.
