2019-20 (Junior): Redshirt season…earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
Previous School:Â Burns played 41 games over two seasons at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. Burns averaged just over 2.5 points per game with 20 of her 35 made baskets coming from beyond the arc. She dished out 26 assists and had 21 steals. She hit double-figures with 11 points in the Lumberjackets rout over McNeese State on Valentine's day with 4-of-5 shooting with makes on all three, three-point attempts. Stephen F. Austin posted a 25-7 overall record during the 2018-19 season

Burns played high school ball at William Chrisman  and was a first team all-conference and three-time all-district selection. She averaged 43% in outside shooting.
