Biography

2010 – Finished 11th in the MIAA and 18th at the South Central regional … had her best 5K time at the Yellowjack Classic (19:14) and best 6K time at the MIAA Championships (22:17) … competed in five of the six team races during the season, finishing amongst the top three on the team four times ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.


2009 – Placed 67th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships in Evansville, Ind. with a time of 22:31…earned a trip to nationals with an eighth place finish at the regional event with a time of 20:00.37 (6K)…earned all-MIAA honors with an eighth place showing in the conference meet with a time of 22:25.68…best overall finish was third overall at the season opening Miner Invitational…was named an MIAA Scholar-Athlete and to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2008 – Competed in four races as a freshman and placed third on the team in four meets, including the MIAA championships…best overall finish was 20th at the Border States meet…just missed all-conference honors with a 22nd place finish at conference and was 35th overall at the NCAA South Central Region meet.

High School – Was a all-state cross country competitor with her best finish being 15th during her junior season…lettered all four years under Coach Maureen Polasek at Rosati-Kain High School…was an All-State track student-athlete  and earned multiple All-Academic and All-Conference honors…named a St. Louis Post-Dispatch Scholar Athlete…played forward on the school’s soccer team.

Personal – Born Sept. 18, 1989…daughter of Alan and Julie Ratermann…an Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy major.
