High School A four year varsity member in both Cross Country and Track & Field…twice qualified for the Iowa Cross Country Championships in 2013 and 2014…a two time state qualifier in the 3000 meter run…personal best time in the 3K is 10:58.4…member of the National Honor Society and earned Academic All-State.
