Biography

The lineman played both guard and defensive tackle at William Taft High School and was teammates with fellow signee Greg Krupa. He was named the Eagles Offensive Lineman of the Year and team MVP. Barretto earned all-state honors in his senior season and all-district and all-conference honors in both junior and senior years. A three-year varsity starter and two-year captain. Named to the school’s Honor Roll.
