Women's soccer plays at home twice this week against University of Illinois Springfield and Lewis University. The game against Illinois Springfield is on Friday, October 7, at 2:30 p.m. and Sunday, October 9, at noon against Lewis. Both games will be at Stokes Stadium.

Illinois Springfield has a 4-5-2 record on the season and Lewis is 5-4-1.

Last week, the Bulldogs lost both they played against McKendree University and University of Indianapolis. Both of games games were 1-0 defeats.

Truman swim hosts Saint Louis University for their first meet of the season on Friday, October 7, at 4 p.m. then face William Jewell College (Mo.) the following day at 1 p.m.

The Bulldogs look for a solid showing against the Division I Billikens and Cardinals at home in the Natatorium located inside Pershing Arena.

Truman Tennis

After a dominate showing against Central College and a good performance in the Truman Invitational, the Bulldogs travel to St. Joseph for a battle against Missouri Western State University on Friday, October 7, at 4 p.m.

This week, Truman volleyball hits the road to face Lewis University on Friday, October 7, at 6 p.m. and University of Illinois Springfield on Saturday, October 8, at 3 p.m.

Last week the Bulldogs picked up their first win of the season against a solid McKendree team and lost narrowly to University of Indianapolis in five sets.

Lewis is 11-6 on the year and Illinois Springfield is 6-8. Lewis lost to Illinois Springfield in four sets on September 30.

Truman Men's soccer looks to bounce back after suffering two losses last week to McKendree University and University of Indianapolis 2-1 and 3-1.

Jack Knust scored a goal in each game last week, adding to an impressive season that includes three goals and three assists.

The Bulldogs host University of Illinois Springfield on Friday, October 7, at 7 p.m. and Lewis University Sunday, October 9, at 2:30 p.m.

Truman football welcomes GLVC opponent Missouri S&T on Saturday, October 8 at 2 p.m. at Stokes Stadium.

The Bulldogs go into the game well rested and with momentum after their massive win against Tiffin University in week four and a bye this past week.

The Missouri S&T Miners are 2-3 in 2022, with wins at Division I Drake and Quincy.

Running backs Shamar Griffith and freshman Denim Cook scored Truman's only touchdowns against Tiffin, with quarterback Nolan Hair throwing no touchdowns in a game for the first time this season.

The Bulldog defense continues to be impressive, allowing only 17.5 points per game in the four they have played. Isaiah Estes leads team in total tackles with 34, also recording a sack. Ben Watson, Ben Thomas, and Ryan Olivas have two interceptions each on the year, making the Truman secondary one of the best in the conference.
