LEBANON, Ill. - Truman State Women's basketball was dominate against McKendree in an 82-54 win.
The Bulldogs were outscored in only the second quarter, where the Bearcats had 14 points and Truman had 13. Truman outscored McKendree 19-8 in the first, 25-13 in the third, and 25-19 in the fourth.
Truman went into the half up 35-22, with Hannah Pinkston's nine points leading all scorers.
Hannah Belanger got hot in the second half, scoring 13 points. The Bulldogs outscored McKendree 50-32. Truman shot 19-37 from the field and 6-12 from three.
Truman shot 33-65 (50.8%) compared to McKendree's 20-64 (31.3%). The Bulldogs made 10 3-pointers and McKendree managed only one make beyond the arc.
Belanger finished with 18 points on 7-11 shooting and 4-7 from three.
Hannah Pinkston reached double-digit points, scoring 12 on nine attempts.
Maddie Niemeier tied her season high in points with 11 on an efficient 5-6 shooting.
Every Bulldog player scored in the game.
