The Bulldogs bounced back in Saturday's first game with a dramatic 7-5 comeback victory, scoring all seven runs in the seventh inning.

Northeastern State took a 1-0 lead in the first when Osborne doubled to left field to score Finley. The RiverHawks extended their advantage to 4-0 in the fifth inning on home runs by He and Gregory.

Truman appeared headed for defeat until the seventh inning, when the offense exploded for seven runs on just three hits, aided by four Northeastern State errors.

Joey Fentress walked to lead off the inning, and after a fielder's choice, pinch runner Reed Drabant advanced to second. Towe reached on a dropped fly ball by the center fielder, allowing Fentress to score the first run. Steurer followed with an RBI double to right field, scoring Drabant and making it 4-2.
