2014 (Sophomore) Ran in all seven races and was among the top six in each…best overall finish was seventh at the Haskell (Kan.) Invitational with an 8K time of 27:31…was the third Bulldog to cross the finish line in five of the seven races…finished 70
th at the GLVC Championships (27:33.3) and 109
th in the NCAA Regional (34:00.0)…ran the three, five and mile during indoor track season and competed in the steeplechase during the outdoor season….won the steeplechase at the Central Methodist Invite…named to the Academic all-GLVC team.
2013 (Freshman) Was among the team scorers all season long with a personal-best third on the squad (60th overall) at the GLVC Championships…was fifth on the team (136th overall) at the NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 35:00.0…earned Academic all-GLVC.
High School: Earned all-state honors in Missouri Class 2 by finishing 11th as a senior and 21st as a junior…finished first in districts both during junior and season seasons and was an all-conference performer…he broke the Kennedy High school record for the 5K with a time of 16:46 his junior season…nominated as Student of the Year and earned all-academic honors during high school career.
