High School: Joining his defensive linemen brother AJ, DeVecchi enters Truman as a two-time All-Conference player. DeVecchi was also first team All-State and All-Area. In his senior year, he was a unanimous choice for Big 12 Conference Defensive Player of the Year after accumulating 74 tackles, 15 tackles for loss and 9 sacks for the 10-1 Ironmen. DeVecchi was a three-time Big 12 scholar athlete.
