Biography

2023: Had tackles in five of the nine games played in and missed a pair due to injury…finished with nine total stops with 1.5 for loss, both of which were quarterback sacks…had three tackles each in games against Quincy and Indianapolis…enters senior season with 80 career tackles, 11 for loss and 5.5 QB sacks…earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2022: First team all-GLVC defensive lineman…had 36 tackles in 11 games played with a single-game high of six in season opener against Davenport (Mich.)…was credited with 5.5 tackles for loss for 20 yards and two quarterback sacks for 12 yards…earned Academic All-GLVC honors…junior letter winner.

2021: Second team all-GLVC defensive lineman...Had 35 tackles in 11 games with high of eight against Indianapolis (11/13)...Finished with four TFLs and two QB sacks and added both a forced fumble and fumble recovery...Named to the Academic All-GLVC team.

Previous: Miller inked initially to Missouri Western in 2019 and was a redshirt player for the Griffons before transferring to Truman State. He was a three-year varsity starter at Westran HS and earned all-state accolades in both his junior and senior seasons. He earned all-conference honors three times. Miller accumulated 167 tackles in 36 games played with six fumble recoveries and 10 quarterback sacks. He had five sacks his senior season in which the Hornets went 11-3 before bowing out in the state semifinals to eventual champion Hayti. Miller was a member of the school's honor roll and National Honor Society.
