Biography

2016 (Junior): First team all-GLVC as a linebacker…had 53 tackles in 11 games with a high of 10 coming against Midwestern State (Sept. 3)…had four tackles for loss with 1.5 quarterback sacks…had hurries in games against Malone and Indianapolis…an Academic All-GLVC team member.

2015 (Sophomore): Earned All-GLVC honors as a second team member…was third on the team in total tackles with 61 and had four tackles for loss equaling 22 yards and a sack…had two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries…averaged 5.5 tackles per game with a high of 11 in victory over St. Francis (Oct. 17).

2014 (Freshman): Played in all 10 games as a true freshman…made 16 total tackles with 2.5 for loss…had a forced fumble against McKendree on (Oct. 4)…notched two TFLs for seven yards loss in the win over the Bearcats…had a season-high five tackles against William Jewell.

High School: An accomplished two-way player for Tri-Center High School…broke the Iowa Class 1 and school single-game rushing record with 484 yards in a game and had a school-best 2041 yards in a season an 3664 career rushing yards…broke the school tackle record with 173 solo and 249 assisted stops and was Southwest Iowa Player of the Year…was a first team all-state running back and a third team all-state linebacker…Offensive Player of the Year in 1A District 8…as a junior earned multiple all-state and all-district accolades…has a career wrestling record of 156-24 and qualified for the Drake Relays in the 4x100 meter relay…a National Honor Society member as well as an All-State Academic team selection.
