Truman

2012: Played in nine games and made eight tackles…had half of his season’s tackle total in victory over Northwestern Oklahoma State on Sept. 15.

2011: Played in seven of the first eight games and recorded 22 tackles…had 2.5 TFL and a half sack…picked up a fumble recovery with 1:21 left to give Truman a late chance to take the lead against Missouri Southern on Oct. 15.

2010:  Saw action in ten games as a member of the defensive unit … had seven total tackles, including a sack … took down SBU quarterback for a 13-yard loss on Sept. 4 … also had a season-high two tackles in that game.

2009:  Redshirt

High School:  Was a three-year starter…earned all-Area and all-conference honors as a junior and senior…had 130 career tackles and ranks second all-time in tackles for loss…three-time conference champions…won Team Defensive MVP…also played baseball…son of Charles and Kimberly Young.
