Biography

Burrell’s teams over the last three years at Marist High School posted a 30-5 record and capped off a senior season with a finish in the semifinals of the Illinois Class 8 playoffs. The RedHawks went undefeated in the East Suburban Catholic conference the past two years with Burrell being named to the ESCC All-Conference team. Burrell had 50 tackles in 12 games with 6.5 tackles for loss and an interception. He had a season high 11 tackles in the semifinal loss to Brother Rice. For his career, he finished with 101 total tackles and 10 for loss. He was named to the Dean’s List honor roll and plans on majoring in Computer Science at Truman. Caleb is the son of Steven and Cristal Burrell.
