Biography
2023: Second team all-GLVC player who tied for second on the team in receptions with 23 out of the tight end position…was second solo in receiving yards with 269 and hauled in three touchdowns…had four catches against two opponents and a season-high 63 yards against Indianapolis.
2022: Sophomore letter winner with 24 receptions for 283 yards and three touchdowns…had two TD catches in victory over South Dakota Mines…hauled in three catches of 30 or more yards with a long of 39 in first meeting with Tiffin (Ohio) and 38 in second game against the Dragons…single game highs were five catches against SD Mines and Missouri S&T and 90 yards against SD Mines.
2021: One of five true freshman letterwinners...Made 13 receptions for 134 yards...Had four receptions in consecutive games against William Jewell and Quincy...Longest reception was 24 yards against Quincy with season high of 65 yards...Hauled in a 12-yard TD reception to put Truman up 21-0 over William Jewell...Made six tackles on special teams.
High School: Kerr earned all-conference honors in both his junior and senior seasons at Fort Zumwalt West. He caught 23 passes for 244 yards and a touchdown and was the top defensive player with 77 total tackles, with 54 solo stops in his senior season with the Jaguars. He had 18 tackles in a district win over Jefferson City on October 22. Kerr caught 35 balls for 400 yards and seven touchdowns during the junior season with 57 total tackles and three interceptions on the defensive side of the ball. Kerr has been named academic all-conference, school honor roll and is a member of the National Honor Society.
