Biography

2017 (Junior): Earned honorable mention all-GLVC honors after making eight catches for 107 yards and used as a blocking tight end on the second ranked rushing team in the GLVC…had three catches for 48 yards with a long of 24 against Southwest Baptist (Oct. 7)…had one catch in five other games with a long of 22 at Indianapolis (Sept. 30)…went six straight games with a catch until season finale against McKendree in which Truman threw the ball just 10 times with five completions…had a reception on a two-point conversion against Missouri S&T (Sept. 16).

2016 (Sophomore): Managed three catches for 23 yards and a touchdown during sophomore season…had one catch in three games with a long of 13 yards and a touchdown against Malone (Sept. 10).

2015 (Freshman): As a true freshman, caught eight passes for 95 yards with a long of 22…first collegiate pass caught was for seven yards against Wayne State on (Sept. 12)…had three receptions for 26 yards in a victory over Southwest Baptist on (Oct. 10)…had two catches for 42 yards with his season-long 22 yard reception in home victory over Saint Joseph’s on (Nov. 7)…five of his eight receptions went for first downs.

High School: Two-sport athlete at Oswego High School…received the Panthers’ most valuable player award as a senior…team finished 9-2 and won Southwest Prairie Football Conference with a 7-0 record…averaged 14 yards per catch with six touchdowns and made 22 tackles…advanced to the second round of the Illinois Class 8 playoffs his senior year…finished 9-3 as a junior falling in the quarterfinal round of the playoffs to Marist…competed on the school’s wrestling team.
