- First team all-GLVC as a defensive utility player.
- Had 4.0 TFLs and 2.5 quarterback sacks.

2020
- Registered tackles in three of the four games during spring season.
- Had 3.5 tackles for loss, including two in championship game against UINDY.
- Finished with 11 stops, eight solo and was credited with one quarterback hurry.
2019 (Freshman)
- The true freshman played in a total of nine games.
- Had tackles in games against Wayne State, Valparaiso, and Southwest Baptist.Credited with one TFL against Valparaiso.
High School: Alves was a three-year letterwinner and starter at Flower Mound High School in Flower Mound, Texas. He was selected unanimously to the first team all-District his senior season on the defensive line and was first team all-District his junior year and second team his sophomore season. Alves recorded 26 tackles with nine for loss during his senior season as the Jaquars posted an 8-3 season. He was a second team academic all-State honoree. Collin plans on majoring in Biology and is the son of Rich and Carin Alves.
