Biography

Drew VanGilder earned all-district and all-conference honors on both sides of the ball at Joplin High School. He finished his high school career with 973 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns on offense and 58 tackles with three for loss and two forced fumbles on defense. He is also a member of the school’s wrestling team and has won and placed highly in several tournaments over the course of four varsity seasons. VanGilder has earned academic all-state honors and will join his brother Draven on the Bulldog football team.
