McRoberts accumulated the most total yards in school history with 6,509 yards over the course of four seasons at Wright City. He scored a record 72 touchdowns with 62 coming on the ground and averaged 10.8 yards per carry in a season. He finished with three 1,000-yard rushing seasons and with 4,747 rushing yards. In his senior season, he earned first team all-State, all-district and all-Eastern Missouri Conference and was named the school’s offensive most valuable player for the second straight season. McRoberts has helped Wright City win five or more games for three straight seasons and set school records in points per game. He is also a member of the baseball and basketball teams with all-conference and all-State honors on the diamond. McRoberts is an academic all-State honoree.
