Leimkuehler was the statistical leader for the Bearcats during his senior season. He rushed for 2,370 yards on 251 carries and scored 31 touchdowns, he also competed 18 pass attempts for 435 yards and another score. On defense, Leimkuehler registered 87 total tackles with four sacks, two fumble recoveries and a pair of interceptions. On special teams, he converted on 26 point after attempts and had a 44-yard field goal make. He averaged 36 yards per punt as well. Leimkuehler earned countless all-conference and all-District honors as well as earning Class 2 All-State third team as a running back. He holds the Hermann school records for rushing and scoring. Leimkuehler is a member of the National Honor Society.
