Biography

2017 (Junior): Assisted on five tackles on the season…had two in Truman’s win at Quincy (Oct. 28)…backed up at defensive end first team all-GLVC member Sam Reeves.

2016 (Sophomore): Had tackles in all 11 games with eight starts…averaged 3.4 tackles per game with a high of five tackles in five separate games…had nine tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks totaling 12 yards…had a fumble recovery in win over Southwest Baptist (Oct. 8)…was credited with four quarterback hurries…a member of the Academic All-GLVC team.

2015 (Redshirt Freshman): Saw snaps on the defensive line in seven games…had eight of his 15 tackles for the season against Wayne State on September 26…finished season with 1.5 tackles for loss and a half sack…was creditied with a quarterback hurry against Southwest Baptist on October 10…named for the second time to the All-Academic GLVC team.

2014 (Freshman): Redshirt season…member of the GLVC Academic All-Conference team.

High School: A two-year starter for the Dunlap Eagles and was twice named to the Mid-Illini all-conference team…was the Peoria Journal-Star area large school sacks leader with 12 his senior season and 21 tackles for loss…a 2013 team captain and all-Peoria area honorable mention choice.
