Eggers handled place kicking duties for the Panthers of Mehlville the past three seasons. He was 45 of 51 on point-after attempts and has a career long 37-yard field goal that came during his senior season. Eggers averaged 54.7 on kickoffs.  He had five extra points and a field goal in a game against Seckman on September 17. Eggers earned all-conference honors the past two years, second team as a junior and first-team as a senior. He has earned a Sportsmanship Award and was Academic All-State. Eggers is a member of the National Honor Society.
