Biography

Truman:

2011: Was the holder for All-American kicker Derek Koon as he converted on 15-of-17 field goals and 22-of-27 point after attempts…was 2-for-3 for 37 yards and had a four-yard rush in backup quarterback duty in win against Lincoln on Nov. 5.

2010: Competed in three games, attempting eight passes … went 1-for-4 with a six-yard completion in the season-opener at SJC … played in the first three games of the season, including the conference-opener at Fort Hays State.

2009:  Saw action under center in five games, starting two … completed 13 passes for 186 total yards on the season … had a touchdown toss and tallied an efficiency rating of nearly 103 against Fort Hays State … also ran four times for 39 yards against the FHSU Tigers.

2008:  Was named the Offensive Scout Player of the Year...earned scout player of the week accolades following Missouri Southern game...leads quarterbacks with a 34” vertical leap.

High School:  Threw for over 1,000 yards in 2007 as the starting quarterback…had nine passing touchdowns and seven rushing scores…added 300 yards rushing…is second in school history in career passing yards…set school single-game records with 272 passing yards and three touchdown passes.
