Biography

Herring was named a first team all-State tight end in Missouri’s Class six at Blue Springs his senior season. He recorded 36 receptions for 360 yards with six touchdowns and 37 pancake blocks. He was also a Greater KC Suburban Conference Gold all-league honoree and an all-district choice. Herring has been a state qualifier in the javelin and is a two-time sectional and conference champion in the event. He received the school’s Academic Excellence award and is an Academic All-State honoree.
