Bulldog Women Cruise To Victory In Home Debut

KIRKSVILLE, Mo. – The Truman Women's Basketball team scored the first 11 points and never looked back as they put up a convincing 74-24 win over Central Christian College of the Bible in the 2015-16 home debut. The Bulldogs will host Missouri Southern at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
 
Truman had 12 players score and shot 52.5% for the game in the rout to improve to 2-1 on the season. Ashley Hartwig had 10 points. The Bulldogs dominated the glass by a 46 to 15 advantage and had 21 offensive rebounds.
 
Michalina Tomczak had four blocks and tied for game-high honors with Ashley Ploudre with seven rebounds apiece.
 
Alyssa Huffman scored 11 points for the Saints who shot 24.3% for the game.
