RECAP: Fast Second Half Start Lifts Truman To Road Win

KENOSHA, WIs. – Isabel Kurzban scored 36 seconds into the second half and the Truman Women's Soccer team picked up a big road victory over Wisconsin Parkside 1-0 on Friday afternoon.
 
The Bulldogs took the second half kick down the far side of the field when it was sent into the box and kicked around before Kurzban beat keeper Adrianna Bratel for her third goal of the season.
 
Katie Mattingly was idle for the first half as Parkside had only one shot and it wasn't on goal. She had to make four stops in the second to earn her seventh shutout of the season and 41st for her career.
 
Truman will play Lewis University on Sunday in the regular season finale. Kickoff is slated for noon.
