QUINCY, Ill. – Truman never trailed and was never really threatened as they picked up win number 21 in a 79-56 victory over Quincy University on Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs will close out the regular season at home with games against Indianapolis (Thursday) and Lewis (Saturday).
Â

Katie Jaseckas scoring inside then three pointers from
Makenzie Bray and
Rachel Edmundson.
Â
A three from Michaela Gronewold midway through the second quarter got Quincy as close as seven but Edmundson scored the next four to push the lead back to double-figures.
Â
Edmundson led four players in double-figures with 18 points while the team shot over 50% from the field. The Bulldogs outscored the Lady Hawks 38-10 in the paint and 25-9 on points off of turnovers. Bray was 6-of-6 from the field for 13 points and
Sloane Totta and Jaseckas each finished with 10.
Â

Â
The Bulldogs sweep the season series with Quincy and will turn their attention to closing out the regular season at home. They will face UINDY on Thursday after downing the Greyhounds 73-51 back on January 5 and look to avenge one of their five defeats when Lewis visits on Senior Day.
