BOLIVAR, Mo. - Truman State Women's soccer picked up their first conference loss 1-0 at Southwest Baptist on Friday night.
The Bulldogs allowed the lone goal in the 59th minute, scored by Julia Johnson.
Truman got one shot off in the first-half from Aubrey Kaupas, but it hit the woodwork.
Gianna Gorman had a shot on goal in the 46th minute, but was saved by SBU's Ashlynn Edison. Quinn Nauman had Truman's third and last shot in the 65th minute.
Gorman had Truman's only shot on goal, and Tatumn Damron had a solid game at goal, allowing the one goal in four shots.
The Bulldogs take on Drury in Springfield, Mo. on Sunday, October 1st at noon.
