ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Aiden Moriarty led a small squad of Truman women's cross country runners in the Missouri Western Griffon Invite on Saturday. Moriarty finished 28th overall with a time of 19:37.09 as the Bulldogs placed seventh as a team with 208 points.
Sophia Kim was the next Truman State runner to cross the finish line at the 20:40.19 mark and was 53rd overall.Â
The next pack of Bulldogs finished in the 21 minute range with McKenna Ledgerwood in 60th (21:04.99), Kate Doyle in 62nd (21:12.27), Andrea Riley in 66th (21:34.68), Kendra Zeilstra in 71st (21:52.08) and Emma Wyman in 72nd (21:55.62).
The Bulldog teams will get a preview of the NCAA Midwest regional course in their next outing on October 12 in Romeoville, Illinois on the campus of Lewis University.Â
