EVANSVILLE, Ind. – After a fifth place finish the night before, Emily Traube earned a fourth place showing in the 200 free on night two of the Great Lakes Valley Conference Swimming & Diving Championships.
 
Traube swam 1:51.05 in the morning session and qualified for the A Final in third. She would be slightly off that pace in the final at 1:51.23 and took fourth. The Bulldogs had three others make the evening session finals in the 200 free. Meg Heveroh was second in the B Final and 10^th overall with a time of 1:53.29. Kylie Strobl touched the wall second in the C Final with a time of 1:53.68 and was 18^th overall.
 
A.J. Kohler just missed the A Final in the men's 200 free, qualifying ninth overall with a time of 1:38.79. He too was slightly off pace of that time in the evening session and B Final to finish 16^th overall with a timing of 1:39.79.
 
Also appearing in the evening finals for the Bulldogs were Chloe Myers in the 100 fly with a 22^nd overall finish with times of 59.75 in the prelims and 59.77 in the finals. Sidney Durbin was 14^th overall in the 400 IM with her best time on the day being 4:37.97. Allison Heaney placed 18^th in the same event and swam 4:41.40.
 
The 400-medley relay closed night two. Jahmia Harley, Myers, Durbin and Traube swam 3:53.82 to sit sixth in the event. The men were led by Alex Burkhardt, Ashton Bailey, Miles McIntyre and Gavin Bergmann and that group swam 3:27.97 for 10^th.  
 
Friday's events will see action in the 500 free, 100 backstroke, 100 breast stroke and 200 butterfly and will conclude with the 200 freestyle relays.
