All-America Honors For Pair Of Truman State Swimmers

GENEVA, Ohio -  Truman State swimmers Emily Traube and Meg Heveroh each earned multiple All-American honors as they competed in the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships over the weekend.

Traube earned points in each of the three races she competed in. She was 11th in the 50 free on Wednesday and 11th in the 200 free on Thursday. Saturday, she qualified 10th in the 100 free and then won the consolation final for a ninth place finish.

Heveroh was entered and swam in the three distance events and scored points in two of them. She started out with a 15th place showing in the 1000 free then ended 23rd in the 500 free on Friday. Saturday, she returned to the all-America category with a 15th place finish in the meet's longest event, the 1650 free.
