KIRKSVILLE, MO. – A trio of Bulldog senior took home five of six top women's finishes for Truman State in a late afternoon meet against Rockhurst (Mo.)
The women defeated the Hawks 131-73 for their second straight win over a Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) opponent while the Men fell short, 121-84. Seniors
Meg Heveroh and
Emily Traube claimed victory in two events each while senior
Kylie Strobl added the fifth to power the team win.
Heveroh won both the 1000 Yard Freestyle and 500 Yard Freestyle with times of 10:21.53 and 4:57.79, respectively. Traube turned in times of 23.15 in the 50 Yard Freestyle and 50.11 in the 100 Yard Freestyle in her individual wins. Strobl and senior
Emma Harris went 1,2 in the 100 Yard Backstroke with respective times of 57.64 and 59.88.

AJ Kohler, winner of the 200 Yard Freestyle (1:39.07) and 100 Yard Butterfly (48.32), took home the lone wins for the 'Dogs on the men's side of things.
Truman State Men's Swimming welcomes Missouri S&T to the Pershing Natatorium at 1 p.m. on Saturday in its final action of the regular season while the women remain idle until both squads compete in the GLVC Championships Feb. 11-15 in Elkhart, Ind.
