Junior Season (2009): Saw action in 120 sets and 34 matches as the team’s primary libero in her junior season … garnered third-team all-MIAA accolades with 561 total digs (4.68/set) and 12 matches with 20 or more digs … became the first Bulldog in the rally-scoring era to record 40 digs in a match (40 vs. Central Missouri; Oct. 7) … that effort against UCM started a stretch of 14 straight matches to close out the season with at least 10 or more digs … had 18 digs in the squad’s NCAA tournament match against West Texas A&M on Nov. 19 … led squad in digs 26 times and in aces three times … set a new career-high in assists with four against Abilene Christian in the season-opener on Aug. 28. 

Sophomore Season (2008): Played in three sets and averaged seven digs per set before leaving the team for personal reasons … had a seaon-best nine digs against Alaska-Anchorage on Sept. 13, a match in which she also served an ace. 

Freshman Season (2007): Played in 32 sets and 12 matches as a true freshman at the libero position … averaged nearly three digs per set at the Washburn Tournament against four LSC teams … posted career-highs of 14 digs against both West Texas A&M, a perennial top-25 program, and Abilene Christian … was catalyst behind school record-setting 17-0 run in the NCAA tournament first-round against Albany (Ga.) State, in which she served 17 consecutive points and dealt seven aces to help the squad tie a 2003 NCAA Div. II record for consecutive service points. 

High School: A four-year letterwinner at Lutheran South Academy … captain of team in both junior and senior seasons … three-time second-team all-state and three-time first-team all-district selection … chosen as team MVP as a senior … was part of two-time state runner-up squad in both 2003 and 2004 … won Tour of Texas club volleyball championships twice … also played golf in high school, lettering three times at the varsity level. 

Personal: Born August 22, 1989, in Houston, Texas … the daughter of Carol and Vince Bruno ... an Art major.
