2013: Caught 19 passes for 196 yards and a touchdown while also gaining 28 yards on two carries…added four kick returns for 80 yards and four punt returns for 49 yards…had six catches for 34 yards in victory over McKendree (Ill.) on Oct. 19 and had a season-high 73 yards receiving on three catching including his touchdown by reception in win over William Jewell (Mo.) on Oct. 12.
2012: Had a 52-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter against Northwestern Oklahoma State and finished the game with 69 yards on the ground…had seven catches for 50 yards with a long of 11 against Fort Hays (Kan.) State on Sept. 29… member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
2011: Had seven receptions for 165 yards in 11 games…had four catches for 113 yards, including a 61-yard catch against Central Missouri on Sept. 24…a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
2010: Redshirted … member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Loyd was a multiple threat for the Mexico Bulldogs during his senior season in which he was named first team all-conference (North Central Missouri). Loyd threw for 784 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 10 scores and 986 yards. His biggest game on the ground came in a 19-6 victory over Kirksville in which he carried the ball 28 times for 205 yards and three touchdowns. The Bulldogs won their district championship and first round playoff game against Fulton 14-13. On the defensive side of the ball, Loyd had 40 tackles with 19 solo and a fumble recovery.
