2013: Competed in the Mile, 3000, and 5000 during the Indoor Season and the 1500, 3000, 5000, and 10,000 during the Outdoor Season… his top times were 4:22.83 in the 1500 at the Central Methodist Invite, 4:32.17 in the Mile at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, 9:01.78 in the 3000 at the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Indoor, 15:33.98 in the 5000 at the 2013 Jim Duncan Invitational and 32:53.88 in the 10,000 at the Wash U Invite… member of the MIAA Commissioners Academic Honor Roll.
