Biography
2013: Competed in the Mile and 3000 during the Indoor Season and the 1500, 5000, and 3000 Steeple during the Outdoor Season… his top times were 4:05.51 in the 1500 at Grand View Viking Classic, 4:31.93 in the Mile at the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Indoor, 8:56.81 in the 3000 at the Missouri Collegiate Classic, 15:38.18 in the 5000 at the Central Methodist Invite and 9:46.22 in the 3000 Steeple at the MIAA Conference Championships… he placed first in 1500 at the Grand View Viking Classic and in the 5000 at the Central Methodist Invite… member of the MIAA Commissioners Academic Honor Roll and received the Academic Excellence Award.
