Biography
2011: Started all 19 games and earned third-team NSCAA all-region honors with a four-goal, four-assist junior campaign … was named to the MIAA’s second-team and was a first-team CoSIDA academic all-district selection … took 69 total shots, including 30 on goal, and scored a game-winner at SBU on Sept. 24 … was 1-for-1 in penalty kicks, scoring against WU on Oct. 13 … scored points in three straight contests from Oct. 4-13 with assists against MWSU and NWMSU before scoring in the WU match …assisted the game-winning goal against ESU on Oct. 27 … named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and was an MIAA scholar-athlete.

High School: Hayes started all four years for head coach Paul Hoelscher at Clayton High School and was voted the team’s offensive player of the year three times. She earned conference player of the year honors and was named second-team all-metro following her senior season. Hayes also picked up honorable mention all-metro accolades following her sophomore and junior seasons and won Missouri state club soccer championships in 2005, 2007 and 2008. She scored nearly 70 goals and averaged nearly ten assists per season through her first three high school years.
