Biography

2024: Nominated and was selected to the College Sports Communicator’s Academic All-District team…wrapped up her Bulldog career ranked seventh in all-time doubles with 37 and broke the school record by being hit by a pitch 40 times…was second on the team with nine doubles and was one of only two players to start and play in all 52 games during the season…started the season at third base but then played 35 games at shortstop and another five as the designated player…had 11 multi-hit games with a three-hit game against Northeastern State on February 10…that game sparked a six-game hitting streak in which she went 11-for-21 (.524) during that stretch…had a clutch home run in a GLVC win over Maryville on April 25 in a “must-win” game for the Bulldogs.

2023: Led the Bulldogs with 11 doubles as she started 50 of 52 games on the season…hit .292 and was also second on the team with 26 runs batted in…had 11 multi-hit games with one three-hit performance…tied for the longest hitting streak on the team with nine games and finished the season on a six-game hitting streak…drove in two runs in eight separate games.

2022 Season: Was second on the team in hitting with a .345 batting average and started all 43 games played…had nine doubles and a home run…set a school record by being hit by pitches 15 times during the season…had the ninth best single-season on-base percentage in school history at .497 in 110 at bats…recorded 10 multi-hit games and went 4-for-5 with three runs scored and two doubles against McKendree on March 27.

2021 Season: Named third team all-GLVC…started and played in 34 games and hit .315 with 28 hits, six doubles, two triples and four home runs…led the Bulldogs in RBIs with 22, had seven RBIs, one off the school single-game record against Wayne State College on February 27…had a two-run home run in the fourth and a grand slam in the sixth to end the game at 12-2…was hit by pitch 10 times and drew 12 walks…had the team longest hitting streak at 10 games and reached base in 10 straight…had eight multi-hit games and six game with two or more RBIs.

High School: Played three sports including softball, basketball and track & field ... started and lettered all four years on the diamond, which included a .408 batting average, 85 RBIs and 145 runs scored ... three-time First-Team All-District, Second-Team All-District, First-Team All-Conference, three-time Second-Team All-Conference, three-time Second-Team All-Region ... helped team to a state championship in 2016 and a runner-up finish in 2018 ... member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Bryan Patterson ... has three younger siblings named Caynen, Carter and Chai .
