Biography
2023-24 (Junior Season): Started the final 16 games and played in all 28 for the season…scored in double-figures in nine games with a single-game high of 18 against Indianapolis on February 10…had three double-doubles on the season with a high of 14 rebounds at William Jewell on January 27…averaged 7.4 points, 5.9 rebounds and shot 48% from the field for the season.
2022-23 (Sophomore Season): Played in 20 of the 30 games and averaged just over five points per outing. She scored a season-high 11 points on three different occasions with the first coming against Missouri Western on 5-of-7 shooting and the other two in consecutive games against McKendree and Illinois Springfield in which she went a combine 9-of-13 from the field. Her single-game rebounding high was nine in a win over Quincy. She earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
2021-22 (Freshman Season): Played in 26 games...shot .462, making 30 of her 65 shots...averaged 3.2 points and 2.4 rebounds per game
High School: Niemeier averaged nearly a double-double at Liberty High School in her two years as a starter and three years on varsity…scored at a 10.4 points per game clip and pulled down 9.8 rebounds per game…named all-conference in her junior season and all-district in both junior and senior years…set a school record with 15 rebounds in a game during her senior season…was a member of the National Honor Society and a Top 15% of her class.
