Truman State
2021 Season: Started 25 of 26 games after joining the team in March following basketball season…led the Bulldogs with six home runs and drove in 20 while batting .278…had a grand slam and went 3-for-4 with three runs scored in a 13-5 victory over Rockhurst on May 1st…the slam capped off a 10-run first inning for the Bulldogs…had nine hits in final eight games to raise season average from .229 to .278…named to the Academic All-GLVC team

Illinois State
2019 (Freshman Season): Played in 46 games, making 42 starts between DH, catcher and third base at Division I, Illinois State University…her first collegiate hit was a home run against San Diego…hit .203 with seven doubles and five home runs and 27 RBI…had a three-hit game with four RBI in a win over Evansville on March 17

High School: A two-time all-state and four-time all-conference and all-area selection at Bloomington High School. Weltha was a unanimous all-conference and Big 12 Co-Offensive Player of the Year following her junior season. Joined the volleyball program in her senior season and earned unanimous all-conference and second team all-area honors. Weltha was the all-time leading scorer in basketball with 1,644 points and was a three-time all-conference member. She was a four-time city Shot Put champion and placed second in the Shot and sixth in the Discus at state. She was Bloomington HS Female Athlete of the Year four times and nominated for the State Farm Female Athlete of the Year twice
 
Personal: Daughter of Paul and Anne Weltha…has two siblings Austin and Jack…Austin was an all-American defensive player in football at GLVC rival McKendree University and brother Jack has been a state champion in wrestling…father Paul was an NJCAA national heavyweight wrestler and then earned all-America football honors at Western Illinois University
