2023-24 (Freshman Season): The newcomer came off the bench in 26 games during the season and had six games in which he scored in double figures…scored a single-game high 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting and four three-pointers in victory over Drury on January 20…scored at a 6.8 points per game clip with a 53% shooting percentage and 28 three-pointers…added 26 assists, seven blocks and 13 steals…averaged over 14 minutes per night with a high of 25 against Maryville on February 15…earned Academic All-GLVC honors and was placed on the Gaffney Distinguished Scholar award list with a 4.0 grade-point average for the academic year.

High School: Competed in basketball and volleyball at Lafayette High School in St. Louis...won Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament in 2022-23...set school single-game scoring record with 39 and scored 1000 points in his career...named All-Conference and All-District twice...received Academic All-State honors three times...was member of Special Olympics board committee and helped coach DASA, a disabled swim team...parents are Jim and Julie Haefner...major is Business Analytics.
