High School: Pearson was a three-year letterwinner playing for the Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs. He was named the team’s offensive most valuable player as a freshman and then led the team in force fumbles as a junior including a game changing fumble that sparked the Bulldogs to a comeback over rival Palatka. Pearson is also a member of the school’s weightlifting team and plays outfield for the Bulldogs’ baseball team.  Pearson’s father, Tony Pearson, lettered in 1979 for the then-Northeast Missouri State Bulldogs.
