2015 (Freshman Season): Started 12 of 24 games that he appeared in…started nine games in left field, two in center and another as the designated hitter…had 10 hits in 49 at bats (.204) with a double, home run and seven RBIs…home run came against McKendree on March 22, it was a two-run shot in the eighth inning that put Truman ahead 10-6…it was part of three RBIs that afternoon against the Bearcats…earned GLVC Academic All-Conference.

High School: Team captain and three year varsity starter for the Newsome High School Wolves…in 23 games played, hit .286 with 11 RBIs and four doubles…In 52 games as lead-off hitter for the Ostingers Baseball Academy in 2013, hit .325 with seven doubles, three triples and 20 RBIs…summer team won the USA 17-under East National Championship tournament held in Jupiter, Fla….has been named to four Perfect Game All-Tournament teams…was one of 12 awarded the General John J. Pershing Scholarship at Truman…member of the National Honor Society, the Spanish National Honor Society, a four-time High Academic Achieving Award Winner, member of student government and has performed over 180 hours of community service during his high school career.
