Biography

2022 Season: Started a team-high 15 games in the circle and appeared in eight more in relief…pitched in two complete games…struck out 74 hitters in 78.2 innings pitched…has 30 games started through three seasons and 151.2 innings pitched…earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2021 Season: Was second on the team in innings pitched at 61.1 and posted a 5-8 record and a 5.73 ERA…allowed one hit in six innings in a 12-2 win over Wayne State College on February 27th…had eight strikeouts in two games, one against Southwest Minnesota State and the other coming in a 4-0 complete game shutout over Missouri-St. Louis on March 21st…started 14 of 17 games…named to the Academic All-GLVC team. 

High School: Played both softball and soccer here in Kirksville ... started and lettered all four years for softball ... for her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons combined, she had 83 hits in 210 at-bats (.395 batting average), 48 singles, 22 doubles, four triples, nine home runs, 12 walks, 25 strikeouts, 64 RBIs, 45 runs scored, .714 slugging percentage, .391 on-base percentage, and a .947 on-base plus slugging ... named All-Conference, All-District, All-Region, and led the team to a district championship ... also named Academic All-State ... on the soccer pitch, was named All-Conference as a sophomore and junior.

Personal: Daughter of Drew and Rebecca Zimmer ... has three younger siblings named Audrey, Aliza and Bella ... plans to major in health sciences.
