Biography

2024: The senior wrapped up her five-year career with 186 games played and 81 pitching appearances…she played in all 52 games as a senior with 35 starts at first base and eight as the designated player…hit .223 with five doubles and was third on the team with 22 runs batted in…her lone home run of the season came against nationally-ranked Indianapolis and was a three-run shot that gave the Bulldogs the lead…pitched in 15 games, mostly in relief, but did make two starts…was 1-2 with 24 innings pitched…her three career saves ranks in the top 10 in Truman softball history…she threw over 279 innings over the course of five seasons with a 15-26 record and 138 strikeouts.

2023: Was third on the team with a .324 batting average with seven doubles, three home runs and drove in 21…as a pitcher, tossed a team-high 138 innings with a 7-15 record and eight complete games…was tops on the staff with 81 strikeouts recorded…single-game high was seven punchouts against St. Michael’s in Florida…had 10 multi-hit games offensively with a 4-for-6 day in a doubleheader against Quincy…in league games, batted a team-best .404 with five doubles and a pair of home runs.

2022 Season: Versatile player that made 33 starts in 38 games played while making 11 appearances in the circle with three starts…had eight multi-hit games with three hits against Drury on April 16…drove in eight runs with six coming in game two of a doubleheader with McKendree on March 27…had two home runs, one of which a grand slam…was third on the team with 22 runs batted in…was 3-3 in 11 pitching appearances and had a 4.49 ERA…struck out 18 and walked eight in 34.1 innings pitched…a member of the GLVC Academic Honor Roll.

2021 Season: Pitched in 20 games, making four starts and hit .333 in 25 starts/35 games played…had two saves on the season, a 6-4 Truman win against Minnesota Crookston and a 6-3 win over Lindenwood…tossed a season-high six innings against William Jewell and threw 58+ innings for the season with a 5.76 ERA…was second on the team in hitting with 25 hits in 75 ABs…had seven multi-hit games, including a three-hit game against Southwest Minnesota State.

High School: Competed in three sports for high school including softball, basketball and volleyball ... for softball, her single-season totals included 44 for RBIs, seven and six for HR, 56 and 53 for hits, 23 and 19 for doubles, and .519, .510 and .489 for batting average ... eighth grade: First-Team All-Conference, First-Team All-District, Second-Team All-State; ninth grade: First-Team All-Conference, First-Team All-District, First-Team All-State; 10th grade: First-Team All-Conference, First-Team All-District, First-Team All-State; 11th grade: First-Team All-Conference, First-Team All-District (most votes), First-Team All-State; 12th grade coming in summer of 2019 ... basketball: three year starter/letterwinner; ninth grade: Honorable Mention All-Conference, Academic All-Conference; 10th grade: Second-Team All-Conference, Academic All-Conference; 11th grade: co-captain, First-Team All-Conference, Academic All-Conference, voted co-MVP, All-District, Coaches Association All-Region Team; 12th grade going right now ... as for volleyball, started for three years and lettered for four of them ... ninth grade: Academic All-Conference; 10th grade: Second-Team All-Conference, Academic All-Conference; 11th grade: First-Team All-Conference, voted defensive MVP, Academic All-Conference; 12th grade: co-captain, Academic All-Conference, First-Team All-Conference (unanimous), voted team MVP ... member of the Academic High Honor roll since seventh grade.
