Biography

Previous School: Long appeared in three seasons at Iowa Central, earning three varsity letters and helping her team reach the NJCAA Division II World Series Top 8. She totaled 232 career strikeouts and was a 3-time ICCAC Athlete of the Week, ICCAC First-Team All-Region, and earned NFCA Midwest First-Team All-Region and Second-Team All-American honors. She also qualified for the state tournament three times in high school and earned 3rd Team All-State recognition. Off the field, Jayda earned an Honors Diploma and was active in Interact Club and Meals from the Heartland.
