Biography

Before Truman:
Helm comes to Truman after a redshirt season at Lewis University. During her prep career, she was a two-year team captain, first-team all-conference and honorable mention all-state selection as a senior and a 1,000-point scorer. She also set a school single-game scoring record with 41 points and earned team MVP honors.
