Xander Beeson joined the Truman State University Athletics staff in 2026 as the Coordinator of Athletic Events & Creative Content.
In his role, Beeson supports the planning and execution of home athletic events while assisting with creative content, digital media, gameday production and fan engagement initiatives across Truman’s athletic programs.
Before joining Truman, Beeson served as Marketing Coordinator for the City of Dickinson in Dickinson, North Dakota. In that role, he developed marketing campaigns across social media, web and print platforms, coordinated large-scale community events and produced photography, videography, graphic design and written content. He also supervised employees and volunteers during concerts and special events.
Beeson also gained collegiate athletics experience at Dickinson State University as a sports information student intern. He assisted with gameday operations, photography, graphics, social media content, website updates, statistics and athletic communications.
Earlier in his career, Beeson worked with the Dickinson State University Heritage Foundation, where he supported fundraising, donor engagement, alumni relations, stewardship efforts and event coordination.
Beeson earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Dickinson State University. A former five-year collegiate football student-athlete, he was a four-time conference champion and earned President’s List recognition with a 4.0 GPA.
